What did the customer need?
A filter manufacturer needed an overhead crane for its production line, with design, manufacture, installation and testing, plus the civil works for the steel structure:
- Cut out the existing concrete floor (about 0.65 × 0.65 m per footing), remove debris and level the pits
- Drive 8 spun micro piles and trim the pile heads
- Tie footing reinforcement to the design, pour concrete and cast in J-bolts at the engineered positions
- Build columns and crane runway for a 10 t working load
- Supply a 10 t overhead crane to the design
