What did the customer need?
A design-build contractor managed an upgrade at a factory in Sriracha, which needed a bigger overhead crane for production and maintenance:
- Remove the existing 7.5 t crane, move it to storage and install the new crane in its place
- New crane of 12 t, 23 m span, 9.5 m lifting height and 40 m runway
- Two cranes on the same runway, with limit switches to stop them colliding
- Testing and certification as required by law
