What did the customer need?

A plant in the Southern Industrial Estate (Chalung) that produces blended natural rubber for vehicle tyres needed electric hoists to lift raw materials on its CB Blending production line:

  • Restricted access, with machinery below the installation area
  • Four electric hoists, working width about 6 m
  • Installation on the 4th floor of the building, using manual chain hoists
  • Load test and Por.Jor.1 (ปจ.1) certificate as required by law
  • Installation and testing completed during the shutdown set by the site
