Best when you hold many SKUs and pick often.
Selective Rack — Direct access to every pallet; the most flexible and widely used system.
VNA Rack — Very narrow aisles for more pallet positions in high-bay buildings.
Carton Flow Rack — Inclined roller lanes bring cartons to the picker, first in, first out.
High-density storage
Best when you hold large quantities of fewer SKUs, or need to save space.
Drive-in Rack — Forklifts drive into the lanes to store pallets deep in a block.
Double Deep Rack — Pallets two deep, with fewer aisles than selective racking.
Push Back Rack — Pallets ride on nested carts and are loaded and picked from one aisle.
Pallet Flow Rack — Gravity rollers move pallets to the picking face, first in, first out.
Shuttle Rack — A radio shuttle carries pallets inside deep lanes.
