A Thai industrial engineering company founded in 1990 and listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since 2016. Together with its subsidiary ONVALLA, ALLA designs, supplies, installs and services material handling and clean energy solutions for factories, warehouses and distribution centers.

ALLA Public Company Limited is a Thai industrial engineering company founded on 20 March 1990. It has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since 8 November 2016.
ALLA supplies, designs, manufactures, installs and services cranes and hoists, loading bay equipment, warehouse systems and solar energy systems. It has been the sole distributor of STAHL CraneSystems in Thailand since 1994. Its wholly owned subsidiary, ONVALLA Co., Ltd., distributes ABUS crane components and is an authorized dealer of Trina Solar and SolaX Power.

Company History
More than 30 years of growth, from a crane and hoist distributor to a listed industrial engineering group.
1990
ALLA Company Limited was founded on 20 March 1990 by Mr. Ong-ard Puntuyakorn with registered capital of THB 1 million.
1994
Appointed by STAHL CraneSystems GmbH, Germany, as the sole distributor of its hoists and crane components in Thailand. Built its first factory in Chachoengsao.
2006
ONVALLA became the sole distributor of ABUS crane and hoist components in Thailand. ALLA obtained ISO 9001:2008 from TÜV NORD.
2009 – 2012
ONVALLA opened its crane factory in Lam Luk Ka, Pathum Thani (Phases I and II, about 8,656 sq.m.).
2014
Group restructuring: ALLA acquired 100% of ONVALLA, which became its subsidiary.
2015
Converted into a public company on 17 September 2015 and renamed ALLA Public Company Limited.
2016
Shares started trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on 8 November 2016 under the symbol “ALLA”.
2018
Obtained ISO 9001:2015 from TÜV NORD and was appointed distributor of YALE hoists by STAHL CraneSystems GmbH.
2019
Obtained ISO 45001:2018, launched its own hoist brand “AL” and introduced warehouse systems.
2020
Launched solar energy and automatic car parking products. Named in Forbes Asia’s “2020 Best Under a Billion”.
2022
ONVALLA was appointed an authorized dealer of Trina Solar.
2025
ONVALLA was appointed an authorized dealer of SolaX Power in Thailand.
Certified Management Systems
ALLA’s quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems are certified by TÜV NORD. The certified scope covers sales, design, installation and after-sales services of cranes and hoists, loading dock systems, industrial doors and warehouse accessories, and the manufacturing of cranes and hoists.
